Reservations
A Service reservation is a specific time set aside for you to visit with
one of our Service Representatives about your vehicles needs. Your
reservation is very important to us because it allows us to pre-schedule
our workload on a daily basis, increasing our quality and productivity.
That means we can better satisfy the needs of all of our customers. The
benefits to you include:
- More convenient

Using our reservation system, you can schedule a reservation at your
convenience.
- Less time waiting
when you arrive
When you make a reservation, much of the administrative tasks can be
handled before you arrive. That means youll spend less time waiting
for us to process the paperwork for your vehicle.
- More relaxed atmosphere
Lets face it, needing car repairs can be a very upsetting experience.
Anything we can do to make your visit less stressful is good news.
- Higher quality
repairs
Everybody does their job better when there is less confusion. Our Service
Representatives are no different, and when they write accurate repair
orders, our Technicians make accurate repairs.
- More accurate "Time
Promises"
When you make a reservation, we arrange our schedule to include the
time necessary to perform the work youve requested. When we are
better informed about our work schedule, we are able to better inform
you about when you might expect to have repairs completed.
When you need to make
a reservation you may do so right online, or you may wish to call
and ask to speak with the Service Department or ask for your favorite
Service Representative by name. When you arrive at your reserved time
just drive right in the Service entrance and we will finalize your paperwork
in preparation for the needed repairs. A reservation doesnt necessarily
mean we will begin work on your vehicle right away. Please let us know
when you make your reservation if you will be waiting for for your vehicle
so that we can make every effort to start repairs as soon as possible
after you arrive.
Transportation
Warranty repairs which require an overnight stay for your vehicle may
include the use of a rental car at no charge to you. If you will require
transportation, please let us know when you make your reservation. We
offer pickup and delivery services upon request and have rental vehicles
available at modest rates should you need them.
Early Bird Service
If you find it necessary to drop off your vehicle during off hours, please
feel free to use an Early Bird envelope located at the front Service entrance.
Fill it out as completely as possible, include your keys, and drop it
inside the slot in the front service door. We will contact you as soon
as possible with information on the status of your vehicle.
Our Replacement
Parts Pledge
We are dedicated to providing you with the best service. In our commitment
to you, we pledge to do the following to get your vehicle serviced and
back to you the Same Day:
- If the part needed
for your vehicle is not available in our parts department, we will attempt
to acquire the Genuine GM part locally, the Same Day.
- If the part is
not available locally, we will order the part on a Customer Order from
GM.
- If a Customer Order
must be placed to GM, our Service representative will phone you the
Same Day that your part is received from General Motors. At that time,
a reservation will be made for the part to be installed on your vehicle.
